This is so true -- I wish people could see this, and I have to admit that I used to be for gun control, but now that I critically look at the issue I see what is really happening here -- the key term is critically look at the issue. I have tried to have discussions with people and friends on this subject and they will not even listen to anything or look at the arguement from any other vantage point. I like to say I HOLD STRONG OPINIONS LOOSELY -- that is I can believe in something (like gun control which I believed in for decades) but once the facts change -- I can change my opinion immediately.
