Ingredients
boiled and pressure cooked kala White chickpeas
2 boiled potatoes
1 finely chopped onions
1 finely chopped tomatoes
salt to taste
2 tsp chaat masala
coriander Leaves
1/4 red chilli powder
mint/pudina leaves
Half Kg youghurt Beated
Method
- Pressure cook the chickpeas and add salt to it.
- Drain out the excess water.
- In a bowl add chickpeas, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, mint/pudina leaves, and coriander leaves Also on the top Yoghurt
- Chana Chaat is ready to be served.
