I'm not saying that the new applications are already better than steemit.com, just that they're growing faster. I don't use any curation app (manual voting only :-)) even though I believe you did mean auto-voting service (?). If I had to recommend one, I'd say @steemvoter.
I'm in only a few discord channels from which the DTube channel is my favourite one since the app is the one I use most currently. There are uncountable groups from which you may choose the one that best fits your fields of interest.
