That would really suck. I hate this net neutrality stuff. I think that VPN's would solve the issue, but I am not 100% sure on that, so essentially, as long as there's internet, they can't fully block blockchains. You can't cockblock the block. Again, I am not 100%, just based on research and reading around.
I think it's not gonna fly. There'll be so much opposition and it won't go away. Eventually, we'll be back to normal. When there's consistent and overwhelming opposition, then it's impossible to go against that.
