RE: Arrested For Calling Someone A MAN In The U.K

in #dtube7 years ago

Everyone should be protected from harm, but this calling someone a man because S/he thinks or knows the person is a man is really over the rail. Even if the person is arguing that a person is a male because the person is a male and gets fined or jailed for it is really stupid.
I would take it to social media and publicly ridicule the ticketing or arresting officer, the mayor, the council which voted in favour of such, and the Queen if she's silent about it.

My point is that the government is pushing hard for transgender acceptance and transition. It's not a coincidence that this guy got prosecuted for attacking a transgender...many laws have been passed in recent years to protect those people, even obama signed one..

Pushing hard would be to educate through PSA's and the schools, but to ticket a person for saying some one is a man who has male genitalia is just an overreach. The gistappo was out moded after the NAZI defeat, or so we thought.
As far as an attack, if the guy actually attacked someone as in hitting, then should be ticketed and jailed. If name calling as in taunting is public disturbance, a brutal form of harassament, then should be fined. If just a philosophical argument, then an overreach.
But yes, people should be protected from physical and mental abuse.

That's exactly what is happening. Kids are being indocrinated on a large scale in school on the subject and role of genders.
