Athletics is much popular and need full fitness of players. There are so many games in athletic category such as Long race or marathon, jumping, hurdle race,relay race etc. I am sgharing a link of Womens 4x100 relay Race in which every team has four players and everyone after completing 100 Meters then the baiten given to next pkayer so they all compete and complete their 4x100 distance and the finaly the player which reached first on winning line is the winner.
It is my first ever post here so i need the encouragement & guideline from my other senior friends.
