This is Blizzards official version of the Classic WoW. Before this you could have only played Vanilla through private servers which obviously isn't anywhere near as good or "authentic" of an experience compared to the actual company creating their own version of vanilla and on their officially made servers. I'd 100% recommend trying it if you've got 15 dollar to throw at something.
