says nothing really. lybia is a strange conflict where russia is fighting alongside with the western countries and countries of the yemen aliance. how does this display the will of the people when there have been similar protests like in syria that ended up being terrorists recieving funding from pentagon...
even europe is divided with italy and perhaps little bit germany (accidental axis powers) supporting tripoli, france haftar and greece going against turkey... atleast the tripoli government promises its only an intermediate government leading to democracy, otherwise they are both 2 sides of the same coin...
big nono tho is that turkey ignores weapon embargo... so a big slap on their hand i owuld hope so
