Hahaha remember my comment saying Torment 4 gets A LOT harder and your health will fall quicker? That was definitely happening here. I'd do more rifts at that level before going to 5 hahaha.

I just did one and got no legendary after killing the rift boss, wtf. :(
Ah that's literally the worst feeling ever. Do you mean a torment 4 or 5? Either way it sucks.
