This has always been my “meditation rock”
I was born and raised here. This was my grandpas land, which is now family land that my mom and aunt have houses on. It is about 20 miles from where we live, but we try to come out a few times a month at least if we can. The hike we usually take leads up to this rock where we all sit and meditate with the kids and just enjoy nature. 🍃🌳🐿🦌🦎
