Intellectual property is an illusion. People will always support artists and we might get away from the dragsome Hollywood monopoly when the sharing of video is no longer punishable, these guys have been unnaturally overvalued for the longest time.
You should always credit the original creator though so that people can support the original artist that made the art and don't mistake you for the creator.
