Little Bran never bothered me. Weird Bran... I wouldn't want to be alone with him. He became Big Brother of Westeros.
The three eyed raven possessed Bran's mind quite a few times. It would not surprise me if he finally took full control over Bran's body to prolong the immortal soul of the three eyed raven. He would have used Bran's memories to use the trees to enslave Hodor. It is no wonder he feels no familial connection with the ones he used to care about, because he is not really Bran anymore.
As King, the raven has ultimate control over past, present, and future.
