Any one in Texas who has used the Bitconnect affiliate program may be in trouble for not being a legal licensed security manager. This dose not mean much for Bitconnect because it is decentralized and dose not operate from the state of Texas but any citizen of Texas may be feeling the blow from the Texas Law.
