In some way they have to get some big upvotes to see that this community has the potential so and I'm not being jealous of anybody getting huge upvotes as long as they bring value to this community and they're not raping the reward pool.
I see this just like you. It's a journey, a process of learning and those guys did this already for years and most of us only for months.
Ask them how much money they earned on YouTube within their first two months. Not a cent I would say...
