Some good cardio helps release them happy cells. That's my scientific explanation. haha. I agree with several of you recommendations. It's crazy that the lows seem to be the opposite of any recent highs. Finding balance is a difficult thing. Mental health days should be a thing for sure. I'm lucky to be married to an amazing woman that helps me get through my dark days. I could not imagine traveling alone without any of the comforts of home. You have a lot of mental strength.
