Yo Steam Stars and DTube Fitness Fanatics

Today's message is all about getting over the initial hump of your new fitness habits.

I was compelled to record this after today's kickboxing session, when I realised how great I was feeling and how joyful this is all becoming.

I'm four weeks in on my fitness journey with #dtubefitness and the habits of regularly working out are hard wired into my nervous system now.

This is because it takes about 3 weeks for a new habit to really become part of your life.

So, if you are just getting into an exercise and fitness regime, or changing any habits, I promise that the first few weeks are the hardest.

After that, it all becomes easier.

Make sure that you are kind to yourself. If you fall off the horse, you can just jump back on when you are ready.

Life happens.

Stick with it, you'll be glad you did!

It really does become a habit and you want to do better, the longer you stick with it. I no longer crave or feel like I have to have dessert every night after dinner and before I felt like I was missing out if I didn't have it. Thumbs up!
