This video explains my notion on dtubers who are actually oligarchize dtube, I believe dtube's decentralised nature doesn't support this perceptions, I'll basically not like to reveal the content of the video as words alone can't explain, it's an emotional and dicey topic which should be adressed i think this concerns the future of dtube and must be addressed......(PLEASE WATCH VIDEO AND LEAVE YOUR FEEDBACKS)

Hello Jose! I am back.. Here is what I think about the endorsement of people and or their opinions. Also I think it is wonderful that more people are embracing DTubing and learning the joys of being a content creator! I absolutely agree that there is a notion that some people seem to think that DTube is only for the Elites. This notion is absolutely wrong. We do not have to be perfect, or professionals, the only thing we have to be is true to ourselves. If we can make people laugh.. then we should. If we can inspire, than we should. If we can teach, let us teach. If we can create art, let us create art. Who is anyone to suffocate another human beings inherent right to express themselves? Who is anyone to point their finger and belittle another and to turn their nose down on a fellow human being? We are all family. And it makes no difference if people want to recognize this or not. We are all brothers and sisters. We are all human beings. We are all fearfully and wonderfully created. Do you know why I believe we all can create? No matter who we are? No matter if we are rich or poor? The reason is because we are created, and not only created but made in the image of our own creator. And because we are like Him we too want to create. We want to teach, share, sing, dance, build, thrive.. who can belittle another for doing what you are made to do? You are made to enjoy this life, and to share your talents. I don't care if it is to give some good advice, to tell a good story, to make people laugh.. but we can all express ourselves and share our unique qualities if we choose. As long as a person is expressing who they are from their heart. When they do that there will never.. ever.. not even for one moment be a right or wrong. There is just you in the moment giving of your heart. Being true to who you are. There can be no lack of anything if we do just that one thing. None of us are above or below one another. We are family. We share the same DNA. And if anyone thinks that they are better than their brother or sister for having a better piece of material equipment they are sadly mistaken. There is definitely a haughty high and mighty attitude among some (not all) but some DTubers. When I signed up I was so excited to be a part of this. And I still am. But I had no idea the level of judging that was about to occur. The level of gossip. The amount of snide remarks, twisted tales out of jealousy perhaps. The condescending nature of being told my content is not 'good enough'. I had news for those people when it began. And I still have it today. If anyone does not like any content on DTube or elsewhere. The solution is simple. Don't watch it. No one is forcing you. And if anyone is not interested in AUTHENTIC from the heart content and they would rather worry about who has the fanciest drone.. then instead of worrying about what we are up to go watch your drone videos . I do not have time for those types of people. I have come to learn the 'mute' button is a handy feature Jose. And if you ever need it do not hesitate to do so. Because when you have the type of realness that I see in you the haters will come. The condescending remarks will come. But you know what.. when they hate.. if they are so effected by you or me or anyone that they can't keep their mouths off of you.. it is actually because they are threatened by you. Greatness does not require a diploma. And when I signed up for Steemit/DTube I was not aware I was required to have my masters degree in film making. I did not have to go through an application process. This is a platform that is for everybody and anybody. I was not aware when we signed up we had to be Casey Niestat? I know to work at the hospital and do brain surgery you must be a doctor. But to be a DTuber what do you need? Because in my opinion all you need is to be alive. Is it not enough to be a living breathing human being sharing his or her life experiences with heart. If we are true, if we are sincere, if we are being honest with our content then like I said Jose.. there is no right and no wrong. Also there are many types of DTubers that people to not recognize.. that you pointed out so well in this video. With out the people who authentically engage the content would not matter. And likewise with out the content those engagers would not matter. They work in harmony. If you cook the most delicious food in the world and you are a chef but you are on an island with out any visitors to your restaurant does the food matter? Does the content matter with out those engaging.. and if no one is watching, enjoying, and commenting? Also even those who may consider themselves elite may have an ego so big they themselves do not even realize that a 10,000 camera lens does not make you interesting, it does not make you funny, it does not make a person sing better. Now of course if we can have better equipment well then great. But that is not the be all and end all. I think these people who try to tear others down are insecure inside. And they actually fear someone coming along better.. someone who might not have a 10,000 camera.. but someone who might have a 1 million dollar heart. A heart of gold.
So many people have failed to see talent in the early days of the artist. They told Boy George he couldn't sing, They told Arnold Schwarzenegger he was awful..

The point I am trying to make is someone else's opinion does not define greatness.
As we spoke also yesterday about beauty being in the eye of the beholder, and quality in the eye of the viewer.
I am sorry if I went a little off topic but this video hit so many nails on the head and resonated with me so much on so many levels I had to fully express all of my thoughts. I hope you don't mind. ps some of the most judgemental people I have seen are also some of the most dull cardboard personalities I have seen. It is no wonder they are shaking in their boots at the thought of someone coming along with passion. Who would want to look at someone about as thrilling as a doorknob with a 10K Camera? When viewers can watch someone whose heart is on fire from a passion for life like you Jose!? Ok I better go I am saying too much here lol I think this is my longest comment ever written on Steemit! hehe
I found this comment super late but I just wanted to say it was one of the best one's I have ever read. Thank you so much for standing up for what is good and right, and yeah, I just found Jose, but he is a damn genius. A lot of people here have a whole lot more intellect, thought and passion for this place than some snooze with a 10,000 dollar camera who is just in it for a good buck and to stroke his own ego.

Thank you so much @shahzadeh I appreciate very much you saying so. I really pour my heart and my passion into my words and it is nice to know that they actually touched someone. Knowing that it meant something to you and that you were so moved you wanted to tell me so means so much to me right now. I really take so much time and effort when I engage with people. I try to stand up for truth, and for what is right. Yes I agree Jose is an amazing person and he has so much to offer the world. I totally agree intellect and a fire in the soul is worth far more than the best camera on earth. In fact not in every case but in some cases fancy things can cloud a persons judgement and they can forget their humanity. I did not have much growing up and I am grateful for it. Now when I have objects I realize how little they mean. It is the people that matter, not objects. Sure owning things is nice. But it is never paramount to human beings. No wonder so many people are depressed and unhappy. They think they will find joy in a set of Dr. Dre headphones.. or a new ipad.. happiness can not be found in a box. It comes through service to others. There is a saying "Not everyone can be famous, but everyone can be great". We are great when we are in service to our brothers and sisters. It can be holding a door for someone, helping someone with a problem, taking the time just to listen to a friend.. greatness comes in many forms. When we do that we will find true joy.

YOU CAN, like you did here, make a GREAT video explaining why it's wrong. Why if someone saw what you did to not believe that person.
Why should they then believe you?
Because YOU are doing it and doing DTube video's that each night blows my mind on how good, deep each topic is. How passionate you are about what you are talking about.
You don't lower your standards. You always keep your head high and are YOU no matter what. I wish I had your way with words.
So, never sell yourself short.
Always try and spread the word to people you see starting out that it is not a lost cause and to follow their heart and dreams just as you do.
Show people by example how it's done and the right way to act toward other humans.

100% agree my friend, i used to see videos talking about dtube is just for pro, and i was likr "what can i do on dtube? Am not that kind!" But now after seeing all of these initiatives by @nathanmars i was couraged to start my journey along with this cool app. Now I'm comfortable talking/sharing my opinions in videos with my friends!
Definitely my friend, I think it's a whole new dawn and it's so amazing to be able to express yourself with dtube, keep going.

@josediccus, Everyone has the ability for sure and here i want to say one thing and that is, nothing is bad or good it's just expression. And if sometimes we hear negative then that also good because at least someone is not faking and they are throwing what they feel and we need Transperancy and that's why we are in Decentralised Economy.
