think of it like this... you have a full penny lying around...
if you do nothing, that penny disappears.
if you add your own sbd (through @dustsweeper), then you will get back a) your own money on payout since the rate is breakeven and b) you will get paid your percentage of that penny... (even though its small)...
So if you pick up 100 pennies that were going to turn to dust, that is like getting an extra $1.00 upvote. It will add up for sure based on the amount of convos you have.

My eyes had glazed over too by that point and my brain just shuts down. Thinking I'll understand it one day, perhaps when I'm a little fresher, is a good story to tell myself though.

I happened to be online when I saw the first warning from @dustsweeper
I went straight to top up my account but before I could, my account was disabled at 09:30:59
I imagine this wouldn't happen too often since the comments being upvoted, before the account were disabled, were on this post and there were more of them than I would normally leave.
However, it might be worth a bit of a rethink.
And, what happens now, does dust sweeper go back to the last comment it was working on or does it restart itself from when it was replenished?
And, is it possible to have instructions on what to do, to top it up in the comments?
I keep forgetting if I need to use SBD or Steem and have to search for the original post to remind my self, for example.
