Yes if you wanna make money online on consistent bases you have to learn a skill otherwise you will get short term success. You can learn any skill from YouTube, Udemy and google.
After learning skill or (if you have already) Go to any freelancing site create your profile and start sending bids buyer request hope you will get some good results if not then find some one who is working on those freelancing sites and have work which he/she can share with you.
Find Some one who have skill
If you don't wanna learn skill then find some one who have skill like he/she is Good in SEO but don't know how to get orders or market his skill then find client from freelancing sites, Fb groups,& Outreaching. There are many people who are looking for good clients and there are many who are looking for orders so you just have to find both and connect them be the middleman and take your commission.
