A magnitude 4.6 Earthquake shook Bay of Plenty and parts of Waikato on Saturday evening at 8:29 PM.
It was originally marked as magnitude 4.8, upon revision it was changed.
The earthquake was located 120km north-west of Te Kaha and had a depth of 5km according to Geonet as of 8:45 PM.
The shaking intensity was Unnoticeable.
Over 500 people have reported feeling the shake.
