There has been a huge growth in mosquito born diseases globally, so this post is an important read for everyone, especially if you are travelling abroad to warmer climates. There is no know treatment for some of the mosquito born diseases, especially Dengue fever so prevention is really important. As she so rightly states t the beginning

In this dtube video, @mrprofessor shares his journey from Slovenia into Italy, all by bicycle. I really admire this huge trip that he has taken, especially as he has done it all by pedal power and is creating no pollution what so ever. This video was back in late December, he is currently now in the U.K and I really look forward to seeing more of his travels on here. Hats off to you @mrprofessor for cycling through that tunnel and for also sharing your journey with us all.

This post/ video by @elamental is magical. He takes us along with him during his hike in the woods to the Bagby Hot Springs and these woods are just stunning. Nature in all it's wonderful glory is on display here, in this sacred spot. We get to see some amazing pools, created by the force of the river, to witness the sheer power that water possess's. Then we get to walk through pristine forest surrounded by fairy holes and huge ancient trees. How lucky we are, to have these spots to visit, to connect with. Springs in which to lay our weary bodies and minds so that we can be cleansed, so that we can become revitalized.

Talking about the amazing relationship that we have always had with plants. In this wonderful post she talks about the importance of planting native plants, how we only need to look to nature to show us how we should grow successfully.
