End of Autumn harvest and getting ready for Spring

In this wonderful post @quochuy shares with us how he is preparing his garden for the winter. Allowing it to hibernate, whilst also protecting and feeding the soil to ensure it is nutrient rich come the spring time. You can see that the soil is already very happy, by the worms that are living in it at present. A great garden starts with great soil! We also get to see some photo's of his ginger harvest and those rhizomes look amazing.
