In this video we get to see the amazing progress that @papa-pepper has made in his garden over the last year and a half. He talks about the importance of being patient and taking small steps to that you can really see your garden grow. What was once a barren piece of land is now fertile and lush and providing him and his family with such a wonderful diversity of food.

@quochuy reminds us about how important it is to stay active as we get older. He shares with us how he began practising Wu Xing Dao Kung Fu over a year ago and how recently he took part in the 100-day Iron Shirt Neigong which is a subset of Qigong and is divided into 3 levels. He goes into detail about each level and his experience so far with them. He also shares the improvement he has seen in his body since he began the training.

In this video @bobaphet goes into great detail about the energy fields we have and how we interact with them. He discusses how all energy is information and how our projection, interacting with energy fields and decoding them so that we can interpret our reality. He then goes on to talk about symbols, and how important they are and how they can really help us within our lives. From there he moves onto posture and yoga. A very interesting video.

In this video @elamental talks about the new project that he is involved in Called Dapp-Caps, which combines the concept of POGS, with the use of crypto and various sub-crypto tokens. This project is a wonderful way to help promote the existing communities on Steemit. Providing them with the opportunity to have their logo put on the Caps. To help spread awareness about the project their will be competitions coming up with some token and crypto prizes. So keep an eye out for more information and watch the video for more information.
