You can understand gift with send. No one will give you 10000 points free of cost.
I totally agree with that. But you're not gifting anything if someone needs to buy it, right?
I am giving these points in less than market price. This is gift price. If you buy these points from ecency than you will pay more than from my deal.
If you pay 10000 points in 1 hive then still that's not gift in my sense, that can be called discount though. I don't think Discount and Gift are same.
