Thanks for review. Are you on latest version? Could you check PlayStore and confirm?
Also you can try ecency.com from mobile browser if mobile app has bugs and until we look into this issue. We just tried on latest version and there was no issue.

Yes, was updated on July 17 (last one I got). I am running Android version 9. Kernel version 4.9.112. It is an LG Stylo 5+ (was pretty badass when I got a few years ago, about time for an upgrade). Aside from that, not sure what other info you need.

We had update couple days ago, please try that version. And we tend to release update from every couple weeks up to a month apart. Do let us know if that version works better.
