Hi guys, today's weather was hot and at 29 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 3km at easy pace in my neighbourhood and called it a day. Since the park closed early, I did road running instead.

Wish I can still do the run. If I do any run now, it felt like my knee joints will fall out from its socket 😅
Old injury its hard to overcome buddy.. but can be minimized though. Stay healthy buddy💪💪
