      Your HP -- Hive Power -- determines how many RC -- Resource Credits -- you have to do transactions on the platform. Because you are new, you do not have much to work with ... so I will delegate -- loan you -- enough HP to let you post once and make about five comments per day (or, ten comments a day) as you work consistently to post and build up HP and thus RC of your own. I will leave the 15 HP there until you either have built up 15 HP of your own or have stopped posting! Welcome to Hive!
