Dang it Jay, I wish you WERE closer (I thought you were in fact much closer than the midwest as Twitter says you live there)
You know, I ain't rich, and I'll accept help when it is offered, but I prefer to pay for that help when I can.
There are LOTS of materials left over, sheetrock, romex and tiles that would help with stuff.
I'll even have an extra room to put you up for a while ha ha ha.
