You are doing an excellent job. Keep up The good work my friend. These things should be mastered in grade school and you should be able to leave the 4th grade without a full grasps of these concepts. It has always bothered me that schools do not teach the most important principles that would have the greatest impact on your lives. Often times those teaching do not even understand It is so sad.

I agree, kids should learn these things young and continuously through all of school. Unfortunately schools aren't as good as they use to be, and with common core now taking over teachers don't really get a say in what they teach anymore. the system is failing us in so many ways :( it is sad.
