We all hit the bottom from time to time in our life. Some of us experience their personal Great Depression. When it comes to the question regarding the arrival of tough times - the question is not "if" but "when".

Recently, I watched Dr. Dr. Rigsby's speech adressing, among others, these issues:

Highlights

  • Schooling: Schooling does not equal education. Keep educating yourself!

  • Goals: Set you aims high. Challange yourself to be the best you can. Good enough is not good enough, if it can be better. Better enoght is not better enough, if it can be the best.

  • Failure: Rock bottom can a great foundation, on which to build and on which to grow. You keep standing, no matter how rough the sea is. No matter what, you do not give up!

  • Growth: Person, who gets up from the canvass and keeps growing is the person that will continue to grow his/ her influence.

  • Excellence: Excellence should be a habit not an act.

  • Toughness: Be tough and kind.

  • Pride: Pride is a burden of a foolish person.

  • Job: If you do a job, do it right.

  • Wisdom: Wisdom will come to you in the unlikeliest of sources. A lot of times though failure.
