We have been talking a lot about privacy and business on social media and choices companies like Facebook do around business. How can we consciously evolve our economy so the way we do business continues to be profitable and sustainable but in the same time business is something more than just a way to make money?
Let's look at the economy and how it is changing in context of consciousness and science. The old way of doing business, related to the newtonian consciousness is rooted in the teachings of newtonian physics, is very materialistic. We make movements with our efforts and the efforts produce material gain. Traditional business is very newtonian, we work hard we make money. The reason for going into business is making money. So the decisions Facebook made about sharing data were driven by desire to be profitable. Many of you may say that is bad but actually is not. That is what business has been about as a manifestation of our old consciousness.
The reason I started writing this article is, what if we change the driver we go in business for? With the discovery of quantum physics the manifestation of our new consciousness has been heralded.
Quantum consciousness says "We created based on the frequency of energies and vibrations we hold. We also created based on our ability to focus, observe and notice." Because what quantum scientists discovered is that components of matter change their behavior when we observe them. Long story short our observation of the matter creates our experiences in the world. So the new driver for success becomes well-being. How much well-being can you create in your business for you and your customers? The more frequencies of well-being we create the better. In the new economy the energy for business comes not from asking "Where is the money?" but from the question "How can I serve?"
Quantum Economics Core Components:
Responsive - a new business idea is responsive to something where there is a need. Is there a need for this?
Gives Value and Direction - there is heart in business. In fact, the heart of business is what gives value and direction
Transmits - values need to be shared. Social media is great tools for that. Look at at Steemit: a platform which allows people transmiting their valued knowledge.
Inspires - the energy of inspiration is the most creative energy. Being inspired is what helps us leap over our conditioning for what we believe sometimes is impossible.
The quantum economy is calling on us to inspire people to:
◙ love themselves
◙ to become empowered to make their unique contribution to the world
◙ to let go of the past
◙ become more deeply connected to the Source
◙ become physically vital
◙ be receptive to support
◙ become more compassionate
For creating sustainable value the new business has to be in alignment with truth and integrity. We should surrender our personal will and allow ourselves to serve humanity through the value we give. A business becomes sustainable when it creates community and connection and share the well-being you have with it.
What is coming up for us is quite beautiful, in my opinion. What we see happening with Facebook is a step back before we move through our forward momentum with how are we creating our businesses. I encourage you start thinking why you are doing what you are doing? Just embrace the understanding that if you are in business you are in it to increase the well-being of yourself and others. If you are not in business then look at where the businesses that increase the well-being of others and to support those businesses consciously are.
