Brilliant post. Judging is easy and it's something we all do. I have to constantly remind myself that I have not spent as much time in another person's head as they have, so I cannot possibly understand why they make the decisions they make. This isn't some touchy-feely philosophy. It's quite practical, actually. A lot of conflict could be avoided if people thought before they spoke and pondered their own behavioral patterns before judging someone else's.
