What are Healthy Boundaries?

This is the introduction to my new 30 days course : set healthy boundaries.

DAY 1 :
WHAT ARE HEALTHY and UNHEALTHY BOUNDARIES?

Our energetic boundaries define who we are to the rest of the world. Invisible for the eyes, but noticeable for Spirit, they surround us and keep us safe and whole.
They are the energy definition of who we are (consciously or not) and who we are not.
When they are healthy, which means they are serving us for the highest good, they are the energetic separation between what we need and what we don’t.
To weave and create these healthy appropriate boundaries will help you to be able to express to the world your True Self, who you truly are, and not the set of thought forms, patterns, beliefs that you don’t resonate with, at your deepest core.
We are made of Light. We are pure Light carrying lots of information and codes. We are born with a package of information coming from our original divine blueprint and as well with date from our genetic lineages and our karmic DNA.
The Light within us take different geometries and vibrate at different frequencies. These codes/geometries define our experience as we channel the Light through our body/mind/spirit.
The boundaries that we are speaking about here are the way these geometries of consciousness affect the others and of course the way the geometries from the others affect us.
It is a manifestation of your energetic territory, of your sacred space, of your divine right to be who you choose to be, according to the Universal law of Free Will.
When our boundaries are damaged or missing, we can experience many different symptoms:
• Overwhelming empathy or feeling overwhelmed by other’s emotions.
• Feeling that you are not yourself
• Feeling manipulated by others
• Psychic attack
• Frustration as you give too much to others without honoring yourself first, or without receiving any gratitude.
• Depression
• Saying Yes when you really mean to say NO
• Anxiety when you feel you are vulnerable.
• Abuse (sexual, monetary, contractual)
• Not feeling respected or acknowledged
• Exhaustion from processing other’s emotions and shadows.
• Not feeling that you are truly expressing yourself.

To set up new clear healthy strong boundaries will bring you back to your center and will allow you to experience a more pleasant and satisfying version of life.
It will simply change your life, as the people surrounding you and interacting with you will change their behavior and will respect you more.

In our modern world, there are so many sheep that the wolf doesn’t bother the other powerful animals.
You will feel more energized and more grounded.

You will notice when something or somebody is trying to alter your field, your territory and you will be able to remain who you truly are.
It is one of the main key to Spiritual health and to Inner Peace. And of course, this brings success and Joy.

When I look down your "symptoms" list I recognize and realize that most of my life I have been challenged with boundary issues. An interesting and cohesive thought that enables a new response. Gratitude.
