It is not easy to be a parent especially when one is deaf.
The courage to move on in life like other normal parents is admirable.
Sarah is deaf and she was going to give birth to her first child when Victoria and Greg came to provide her with their own experience.

Learning from other parents can be an enriching experience and reduce one from getting unnecessary hard knocks.
Nevertheless, one becomes a better parent when one learns and adapts according to their own child’s temperament and character.
There is no one size fits all but we need to adapt and customised according to our own child.
The disability to hear can be difficult especially when the baby is crying for milk or discomfort but close monitoring can compensate with the disability.
Learning how to compensate our own lacking would allow us to be a better parent.
