Nice post. I have always believed that good planning is essential for education. Introducing something new to the system especially a changemaker like this definitely need to have proper planning. I really like your points about providing right tools to everyone and ensuring the implementors are well trained. I have noticed that there are many times, things are being implemented with inadequate training for the implementors and no backup plan. This somehow made it seems like the idea is bad when the matter of fact the flaw was in the implementation. Thanks for the post again.
