This is just the ramification of a dying system. Student's should not have to take on the burdens of the institution's issues. This bothers me especially for kids aged 18-22 who begin college with no prior understanding of the value of money, only to be completely taken advantage of.

Thankfully the tides are turning. This sort of BS won't last much longer.
