Hi Steemians, i trust we are doing good.
Last time i shared with you about the power of your mind. I will like to bring to remembrance some of the thoughts i shared with you. Your life is a clear cut reflection and expression of the state of your mind. You are no different from the contents of your mind. So when you speak,what we are hearing is the content of the mind. When you act or respond to a situation, what we are seeing is a clear expression of the files that make up the structures of your mind. By now i believe the question on your mind is "how do i bring down the negative structures that make up my mind?" , "how do i erase the negative files ?" or "how do i renovate my mind?",well I'll tell you!
Rom 12:2...KJV:And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
My emphasis fall on the fact that the bible explains to us that if you want to see a desired transformation in your life,what you have to do is undertake the process of renewing your mind.
RENEW YOUR MIND
- STOP: You have got to stop feeding your mind with whatever you have been feeding it with, such as the kind of information you take in,songs you listen to,conversations you engage in,movies you see,etc.
- FORMAT: Prior to this time,there have been certain files in your mind that overtime have become your mental set up,here is point you begin the formatting process. Erase the negative files because they are viruses.
3.INSTALL: Now you begin to install new files and apps,by this i mean begin to feed your mind with new positive, innovative and productive files(information ). Now engage in meaningful,positive and productive conversation (remember a man who keeps company of fools becomes one with time). Get good reading materials and feed on them. Set up a new music playlist that has positive contents,etc.
You don't have to freeze your life to undergo this process,it's an everyday routine. If you want to see a different experience,growth and development in your life,you have to be determined and committed to this process totally. Give yourself to the process!!!

So who is your main teacher, and whose books do you read?? Of course except for the bible. My son is listening like crazy to Tony Robbins, as to me, I prefer Eckhart Tolle and my newest found is Michael A Singer.
