Though the Universal declaration of Human Rights entitles everyone to freedom of opinion and expression, however, this right is not exclusive. There are exceptions, and when they step into these exceptions, it could be defined as stepping out of line.
Also, when they exceed the guiding principles behind the media system of the host country or of a particular organization. This applies in the case of a foreign correspondent.
