True. Several great writers that I know, finally got tired of not seeing rewards for their efforts here on Steemit. They just stopped writing, or left altogether. Someone mentioned in another article that maybe Steemit is really more of a networking site, than a blogging site. Could be. I just did a video about some of these things ...it looks like many others here are talking about this as well.

To me Steemit has done a better job than other social media in connecting people. Steemit delivers on the "social" in social media.
Yes, it sure does. In fact I think that is a strength - more so than the writing blogs aspect.
