Note: The problem with educational system that you pointed out is quite common. People tried their hardest to work on their weaknesses and at the same time abandoning their strength to the point they doesn't know where they shine exactly. It's sad but I think the effort needed to overtook the system would be quite huge with multiple involvement especially from the government. Mindset is the most important things need to be set upright.

Yes, agree it's the mindset. I spent a lot of my school days either outside of class, or mentally absent. So not much re-programming to do.
