Finally, a device that will allow you to peel hard boiled eggs without scratching the surface up. You will never have to peel hard boiled eggs again. This will allow you to crack the egg and pour it in the container with no mess of egg shell pieces laying all over the place. Every time that I had seen this on the television they were always sold out when I went to the store to get them. But, when I was strolling through Walgreens waiting for our prescriptions to be ready. I found this on a shelf all by itself for only 9.99. Unlike the other products this does not use any battery to get this to operate. Once we got this home and put an egg in it, it was easy to use.

Experience
We have one child at home that loves to color eggs at Easter, but for the most part we love hard-boiled eggs all throughout the year. It is a real pain when you come across an egg that does not peel easy. We hate it when we have to scratch and claw to get the shell to come off. When we saw this in the store we were so excited an just knew that this was the product for us.

This is very easy to use. You will however have to make sure that you coat the inside of the eggie with some kind of non-stick coating so the hard-boiled eggs do not stick to the plastic shell. You should only apply the coating with a napkin the spray will only dissipate the oil and blow away the existing coating. You will need to completely assemble the eggie before you pour the egg inside of the holder, then screw the very top on. Some times I have found it a lot easier to crack the egg into another container before you pour the egg into the holder. You should also never fill the container all the way to the top.

Once you have done place these eggies into a pan with warm water, making sure that your eggies are floating. Then bring the water to a boil, then turn the flame down to gentle boil and then follow the cooking instructions that you know when boiling eggs. once you are done then let these sit for about 7 minutes to cool. The egg will come out very easy after they are done cooking. You simply undo the top from the bottom and tilt the egg will smoothly fall out into your hand.

You can use small, medium, large, and extra large eggs. they will all require all different cooking times. You will also have different cooking times whether you hard, medium, soft boil them or you can even make omelets with or without the middle of the egg still there. Most of the time we use extra large eggs and found that it only takes 15 minutes to cook these fully. This can also do egg whites only, if you are on a heart healthy diet.

Conclusion
If you have hate those annoying little egg shell pieces lying around when you peel eggs then this will help you out in this department. Everyone has ten dollars in their pocket, and you can make it a lot easier around your house with one of these units at your beckon call whenever you want to cook hard-boiled eggs. I usually do not believe in these products that they offer on the "as seen on TV" because most of the time they are just gimmicks. But, in this case this is the real McCoy and actually works and is worthy of five stars.
