A teacher came to apply for a teaching job in my school and I told her to write another application letter.
I was shocked at what she presented.
No address, no punctuation marks, wrong spellings.
Like she spelled courage instead of college. It was as if a JS1 student wrote the letter.
After reading, I quickly Asked her if she doesn't has an address and all she could say is ' heeee,I'm sorry '.
I told her that we are not hiring at the moment and she left.
The truth is that we need teachers but not half baked ones.
A quick Advice to teachers
Please while demanding for a fat salary , do well to upgrade yourself too.
Teaching have gone beyond I can read and write. We are in digital age and this students are smart enough to detect teachers that know nothing. This can lead to embarrassment on such teacher.

What if the students kept doing 6-7? The teacher would have no clue.
