If your UK based your paying between 7p to 20p per KWH - mine is 13p per KW a 24kw LEAF would cost £3.12 and travel lets say 80 miles 3.9p per mile over my Abarth 500 inc road tax based on 5k is 17.7p per mile to run.
Doesn't take much sense to work out that you can save if it fits into your life.
