Nice ideas, I would say Monday Speaks, Tuesday Sees, Wednesday Reads, something along those lines should work, there are two good podcasts here, the Beyond Bitcoin, and the VOTU, fyrst does a good discord job(SteemSpeak)
Apart from that I can tell you that soundcloud embeds perfectly so does YT, I'm not sure about twitch but that would be nice, and once again, I can help you with the stream setup :) Just make sure you have a decent CPU, streaming above 720p could be laggy, and you kind of need partnership with Twitch and a great pc to stream at 1080p, I'm not sure how good phones are at the moment, and I haven't tried streaming a phone :)
