It takes strength to raise your voice. But it also takes wisdom to stay silent when silence is healing. It takes courage to fight for your dreams. But it also takes courage to rest when your body asks for it.
An active woman knows that power is not about proving, but about choosing. And every choice rooted in peace is a powerful act.
Power is not only in doing. It is also in being.
