Really hope that this project finds some extra support with Fundition! The efforts to help so many steemians grow and move towards making a solid middle class full of people that are community oriented is great!
This is how community actually works. The "gamification" of this program is really like a blockchain-enabled version of something that's worked for centuries: mentorship.
Something that amazes me about the STEEM ecosystem is how it reinforces concepts that I knew to be true, but somehow neglected before. Like if you consistently show up and bring your best game, rewards will compound over time. And that my actions matter - the results of my actions fan outward and even flow back to me, in a tangible way.
I'm excited about this program. I think it's gonna be really successful.
It's sort of group mentorship; maybe more of a self-improvement club. I don't necessarily know more about any of this than any of you, I just happen to be the one in a position to drive it economically. You all can help me bring my best game as much as I'm helping you.
I was looking for the right word... It has a structure that propels you on, like apprentice-journeyman-master for artisans, or kohai-sempai-sensei in martial arts.
I am a sensei, and that's a mentor-like position, and I would say something very similar to my students. It's their journey, I just happen to be in a position to support it.

It is great that you keep looking out for new opportunities, tc. I will definitely check the fundition page and educate myself about it.
