So sorry to hear that my friend! How long ago did it happen? My father -in-law used to fall all the time breaking both hips until he came here to live with us and he never fell again. I took a year of my life helping him move every time he had to, but I wasn't doing much with my retired ass anyway. You're too young to let that keep you down for too long. I'm still fasting and losing weight as well getting some great healing. However, I just learned that I need to fast between 7 and 14 days at a time for deep neuronal autophagy to get better muscle, speech, and balance control. Take care, old man!

Thanks...
I fell in early April. Today is the first time I left the house and DIDN't go see a Dr. I've been under house arrest at home torture physical therapy since I got out of the hospital (2 days).

Good to hear you're loosing weight. Keep up the good work.

It was a year ago almost to the day that I got out of the hospital from my stoke. I had a different physical therapy. The only "pain" I had was wanting my body to respond to my brain. I had frustration instead of pain. I'm determined to not put my family through that again. I have split my blood pressure pill again to 1/8 of the dose from a year ago. I'm down to 175 currently after fasting to this weight about 6 months ago and then having trouble with regain back up to 185ish. Fasting has become transformational for me in regards to how I look at food. I have lost the desire for luxurious meals. Glad to see you are on the mend and feisty as ever!
