The rules I think you have read relate to the Curation League and because you are powering down it is tougher to calculate an accurate score for that table. However, you are fine for the Engagement League and the no self-voting will help there. I've taken the liberty of adding you to the main list, you will appear on one/both leagues if you score is in the top 100.
