Ohh I could easily have snoozed, but if I snooze especially in the afternoon return home I find it hard to sleep at night sometimes so I have tried to snooze less on the commute, for the past week, not sure I really noticed any change in sleeping at night LOL
thanks, I wasn't able to snooze on my train commutes this week so was a little more active on those times lOl
