There is a chance, albeit a small one, to only have 10 DHEDGE, and receive a 100% upvote during a round. There's also a chance that you have 500, and enough whales post during the round that you end up not qualifying.

The percentage based amount to qualify has been reduced recently as well, allowing for more smaller upvotes
